Do I need to undress fully?
No. Undress to whatever level feels comfortable — you stay draped with sheets throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
How much pressure will you use?
As much or as little as you like. We check in during the session, and you can ask for more or less at any moment without any awkwardness.
What if I have an injury or condition?
Tell us when booking. Our therapists are trained to work around injuries, and our orthopaedic doctor reviews medical massage plans before treatment.
Can I buy a session as a gift?
Yes — our gift voucher covers any sixty-minute session and is valid for twelve months. You can order it in the shop.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to twelve hours before your appointment, online or by phone.
