Yes, after the first trimester, with a trained prenatal therapist — which is all we schedule for this service. If your pregnancy is high-risk, we ask for your provider's okay first.
Will I lie on my stomach?
No. You rest comfortably on your side, fully supported by cushions, switching sides halfway. Most clients find it deeply restful.
Can massage help with swelling?
